Water test drain pans with a minimum of 2 gallons of water each, ensuring there is little or no water left in the pan afterwards.

Verify proper pitch and drainage of both the primary & secondary condensate drain lines.

Ensure condensate P-trap & vent are installed correctly.

Inspect all condensate fittings for water leakage.
