  • Has the NVP Sheet been correctly Filled out and Signed ? (All Relevant Information Filled out, All boxes Ticked or deleted if required)

  • Please provide photograph of NVP sheet

  • Has the valet been completed to the correct standard (refer to job card for valet requested)

  • All tyres inflated to the correct vehicle specification.

  • Adjustment of all multi-function displays (Radio, date & time, language, thermometer,etc.) according to equipment in line with Country and customer requirements.

  • Check if correct LWN fitted - Check key on one bolt (ensure nut cap fitted after)

  • Check front and rear number plates are correct against Job card and fitted correctly with no damage

  • Bodywork free of damage? Any damage add notes and Images

  • Is Aerial removed (NOTE:- Large Vans have the Aerials left fitted)

  • Are mats in the vehicle and fitted where required

  • Shunt fuse moved in the “customer mode” configuration., Use remote if all doors unlock shunt changed if drivers operates only = shunt not changed

  • No warning lights on the dash board - If any Warning lights visible, Fail and note in the faults detected question below.

  • Vehicle fuelled/charged to the correct level according to Jobcard

  • Correct stickers attached in the right locations including fuel cap information - Relevant loose items removed from NDR vehicles.

  • Have any faults been detected with the vehicle? If yes, Image & add notes

  • Is the Vehicle a PSA Company Car (PSA FLEET / PSA TECHNICAL) , If Yes, does the Plate art work show Manufacture Brand (take picture). Ensure sticker & tags in service book
