QC Inspection - IHS

Has the gate been aligned?<br><br>(Ensure main gate sliding bolt can enter fully into adjacent slot and moves freely)

Is the lock installed level?<br><br>(Ensure all casings are level and no gaps are visible between spirit level and casing)

Is the welding neat and has fusion been made between metal’s?

Has the heat affected zone been cleaned and treated?<br><br>(Area affected by the heat of the welding, 5cm above and under the welded area )

Have all sheer off nuts been sheered off?

Have the bolts been flush cut with the sheer off nuts and tack welded on the<br>ends?

Has the lock been installed at the correct orientation in the casing?<br><br>(Ensure the LED's are visible through the two slots on the casing)

When you push the button on the back of the lock, do the lights come on?<br><br>(This will change to include lock and unlock )

Does the shackle enter the lock relatively freely?

Have all welding rod ends , sheer off nut heads and other debris been removed from site? 

Did the installation pass? <br><br>(If no, give a reason)
