  • All buns and muffins are within code date (48 hr. secondary code visible on all frozen products.

  • All open bun packaging is sealed to protect buns from excessive air exposure.

  • Buns are toasting for 22 seconds. (Physically time the toast to ensure compliance.)

  • No buns are being buffered (Physically temp buns out of toaster. Should be between 160 and 180 degrees.)<br>

Beverages/Misc.

  • Coffee pots have timers and product is within time.

  • All products in the Walk-in refrigerator/freezer are within code dates.
