  • Do back-up and brake lights function properly?

  • Is air horn properly working and equipped with proper pull cord?

  • Do gauges appear to be in proper working order?

  • Is vehicle equipped with a properly secured fire extinguisher?

  • Is fire extinguisher labeled with monthly inspection form signed and up to date?

  • Is interior of cab neat and clean with no garbage on floor or dash?

  • Is the floor mat in the vehicle in good condition with no tripping hazards?

  • Are the door and door latches functioning properly on the rear door as well as the drivers side door?

  • Is the grating on the back of the hostler in good condition and properly secured with no tripping hazards?
