• Has rehabilitation on major watercourse crossings been done in accordance with the ESCP?

 • Has a CPESC identified erosion and sediment risks and implemented control measures through a progressive ESCP?

 • Have high erosion areas been rehabilitated with erosion and sediment control measures, such as, berms or mesh on banks?

 • After rehabilitation, is a CPESC signing off on areas that have a high risk of erosion within 1 month?

 • Are temporary erosion and sediment controls established during rehabilitation being maintained?

 • Have permanent drainage controls (berms or whoa boys) been installed in accordance with the ESCP for rehabilitation at the correct intervals on slopes and watercourses?

Weed and Seed

 • Is all temporary infrastructure being reinstated in the following order;
1. infrastructure removal;
2. topsoil respread over surface;
3. re-contoured to match the surrounding landscape;
4. ripped where compacted;
5. cleared vegetation previously removed from area respread to act as ground cover?
• Are any dams that require de-watering being testing for pollutants prior to de-watering?

 • Is de-watering taking place in accordance with erosion and sediment control principles in place?

 • Are decommissioned dams being backfilled in the order the soil was removed?

 • Has all the gravel and imported fill been correctly removed from the decommissioned camp?
