Do you have back-up beverage canisters and CO2 tanks ready to replace empties?

Server Station 2 - Food-to-Go Area

Have you stocked to-go area with to-go containers, napkins, cups, lids, plastic silverware and to-go bags?

Have you folded to-go plastic silverware with napkin, salt and pepper packet, tie with rubber band?

Have you inserted to-go menus into to-go bags?S

Server Station 3 - Tables

Have you taken down chairs?

Have you cleaned and wiped table tops?

Have you cleaned and wiped chairs and booths?

Have you aligned and straightened chairs?

Did you check the floor and sweep/mop if necessary?

Station 4 - Table Tops

Have you set tables - flatware, glassware, and napkins?

Have you refilled the salt and pepper?

Have you cleaned the condiment holders?

Have you stocked sugar, sweetness, ketchup and table sauces?

Have you cleaned and setup centerpieces (flowers/candles)?

Have you placed clean ashtrays on tables in smoking section?
