• Promotional reports pulled/posted

Staff Washrooms

• Bright work polished by night crew

• Paper products stocked

• Toilets cleaned by night crew

• Garbage cans emptied

• Soap in dispensers

• **If work isn't performed by cleaning crew, an email MUST be sent to Jeremy**

Front of House

• All areas surrounding restaurant swept free of debris (coasters, broken glass, leaves, debris in planters, incriminating evidence in the parking lot etc.)

• Patio & sidewalk swept, free of all debris

• Front door mats free of debris

• Mirrors clean

• ATM wiped down, garbage emptied

• All light fixtures functioning, free of dust

• All planters free of debris, watered, fresh looking?

• Fire panel - system is functioning? Trouble light is not flashing!

• Cleaners log is filled out

DR Set Atmosphere

• Lights - set levels, check for bulbs to be replaced, outside lights?

• Detergent/sanitizer bottles in circulation? Correct WHIMIS labels?

• Temp - 70 degrees winter / 68 degrees summer

• All tables are aligned

• Taster caddies aligned, glasses clean and logo facing out, POP cards displayed and in good condition

• All table tops, legs, chairs, banquettes cleaned, sanitized & free from debris

• POP material for the next event on the clipboards

• All window ledges are free of debris & watermarks

• All window shades aligned (panera out of view)

Bar

• Bar mats down, remaining debris swept

• Stools placed around the bar

• ALL DRAUGHT TOWERS POLISHED!!!

• All table tops, legs, benches & chairs. Leaned and free of dust and dried spills

• Bi-fold windows clean & streak free

• All bar and walk in fridges between 2 and 4 degrees
