Bar Daily Opening Duties

  • Turn on keg fridge light & CO2 gas

  • Set up bar mats (not applicable on Sunday)

  • Set up bar stools/chairs/benches curtains back

  • Remove saran-wrap from bottles and beer taps

  • Place coasters in front of matching beer taps

  • Set up service bar (spill mats, straws, fruit, rimmer, juices, ice in center well)

  • Candle in front of every tower

  • Fill all 3 sinks

  • Assemble glass washers and check chemical levels

  • Clean ALL beer fridge doors

  • Inspect fruit (cut more if needed)

  • Inspect and clean ALL lower bar shelving for broken glassware

  • Make sure all glassware and liquor labels facing outwards

  • Ensure bar is ready for the night shift

  • Polish glassware
