Bar Daily Opening Duties

Turn on keg fridge light & CO2 gas

Set up bar mats (not applicable on Sunday)

Set up bar stools/chairs/benches curtains back

Remove saran-wrap from bottles and beer taps

Place coasters in front of matching beer taps

Set up service bar (spill mats, straws, fruit, rimmer, juices, ice in center well)

Candle in front of every tower

Fill all 3 sinks

Assemble glass washers and check chemical levels

Clean ALL beer fridge doors

Inspect fruit (cut more if needed)

Inspect and clean ALL lower bar shelving for broken glassware

Make sure all glassware and liquor labels facing outwards

Ensure bar is ready for the night shift
