GENERAL

  • Builder's Sign on Site and Visible

FIXING

  • Check void scaffold is safe

  • Hole saw to all plumbing penetrations

  • All plasterboard to be a maximum 10mm from all wet area floors (including WC)

  • Check adequate fixings for full height tiling - All board in within 10mm in all wet area of the floor

  • Control joints installed as required by code

  • Square set to canopy range hoods and fridge openings

  • Reinstate temp balustrade if required

  • Contact void scaffold installer to reinstate void scaffold

  • Niche lights to be double layered at top

  • All niches must be square

FLUSHING

  • Garage floor must be clean, treated as finished floor & protected

  • Check no metal corners in wet area niche

  • Flush nails in shower

  • Check sanding is thorough

  • Check if extra flushing required after sanding

  • Metal angles above roller door openings

  • Gyprock capping to roller door opening/walls and brick pier

  • Garage ceilings to be fixed as per manufactures specification

  • All floors to be fully scraped and swept, place in bin and bath is protected

  • Cornice to go over full height tiles at top - grout must be kept clan

  • Remove cornice residue from kitchen cupboards and doors

  • Flushing compound on windows/sliding doors must be cleaned off by flusher
