ROAD USE PERMIT - INSPECTION POCEEDURES
-
1. Use the DPG "ROAD INSPECTION FORM" located at "G:\!Workgrp\Tenures\Eng_RA_site\2007\2007 Inspection Forms"
2. File the RUP Inspection on the applicable RUP file.
3. Be familiar with the Inspection Codes identified above and refer to them when listing deficiencies.
4. Traffic Control Signs shall include but not be limited to : stop signs, FSR junction sign, Radio Frequency Signs, KM Signs, Safety Warnings Signs
5. During the inspection ensure; road is crowned and freely shed water; ditches are free draining; culverts are intact and functional; bridge decking and curbs are sound.
6. The objective of the RUP inspection is to identify deficiencies that may compromise user safety, the environment or the overall integrity of the FSR.
