  • Confirm if the resident has fully checked out with admin.

  • Are there any damages to the furnishings or fixtures? (bed, chair, desk, lamp, etc.)

  • Are there any damages or stains to the floors/wall/doors?

  • Are there any maintenance issues? (e.g. plumbing, lights, aircon, lock, etc)

  • Does the fridge require feet?

CLEANING CHECKLIST

  • Have the rubbish bins been emptied out?

  • Have all the drawers and cupboards been cleaned out?

  • Is the floor vacuumed and clean?

  • Are the bed made up with clean sheets?

  • Has the desk been wiped down?

  • Is the inside of the fridge clean?

  • Is there an odour to the room?

  • Once the room is cleaned and inspected, please report back to Accounts.
