Contractors Compound

  • Is the contractor compound adequately fenced off / secured from unauthorised access or the active construction site?

  • Are cabins fitted with external isolators that are visible, have good access and circuit reference? (Not required in the case of local site generator fed cabins)

  • Are suitable in date fire extinguishers available, fire blanket adjacent to cookers?

  • Where applicable, are the generators suitably earthed with an earthing rod fully inserted into the ground?

  • Are all cabins fitted with 30mA RCD before consumer units?<br>Is circuit protection via Cartridge fuses?
