Fire Extinguishers/Fire Hoses are easily accessible in an emergency (no foreign items in Fire Hose Cupboards).

A compliant Fire and Emergency Service Inspection Report has been issued in past 5 years.

Sufficient number of toilet facilities available

Toilet facilities are clean with no hazards

Sufficient number of shower facilities are available

Shower facilities are clean and no instances of accidents from slips

Rooms have clear and easy access

Floor spaces are maintained in a safe condition and are they suitable for the type of activities being conducted.

Walls and ceilings are in safe and good condition.

Doors, windows, locks and latches are in good condition and in working order.

There is adequate ventilation.

The lighting is adequate and safe.

Temperature is at a comfortable level

Storage facilities are sufficient
