When lifting, TM is close to the load with shoulders and feet apart.

When using ladders, TM has three points of contact at all times (e.g. 2 hands, 1 foot / 2 feet, 1 hand).

When ascending / descending ladders, TM only carrying items they can comfortably carry under one arm (I.e. Maintains three points of contact)

TM is aware and uses the tactile tape on reserve ladders to let them know they are coming to the bottom step.
