2. BACK ROOM

  • Is the back room clean and organised?

  • Is VM signage / fixtures in the back room organised and neat?

3. CLEANING

  • Has floor been mopped and vacuumed?

  • Are mirrors and glass clean?

  • Has the rubbish been taken out?

  • Are mannequin bases dust free?

FEEDBACK FROM PREVIOUS WEEK

  • Were mannequin outfits successful for this store?

  • Were any of the items in the window listed in the Store's Top 10 Best Sellers?

  • Were there any concerns from SM/ASM on this Layout?

VM TRAINING

  • Have concerns been documented and escalated to Operations Assistant / RM / NVM?

COMMUNICATION
