The trucking representative and/or company used to transport the equipment will be responsible for any damage incurred to the equipment once the equipment has been loaded onto their vehicle and/or trailer until the equipment has been removed by responsible party from their vehicle and/or trailer, and as long as their equipment is connected to their vehicle or trailer by hoisting, lifting or wincing apparatus.
