3. Support and Loading Structure

  • 3.1) Bin's loading skid is free of holes, gouges, cracks, broken welds, bent or twisted structure

  • 3.2) Bin's loading apparatus' (rolls, ears, plating, etc.) are in proper working order and free of any damage that may prevent proper loading

4. Fittings, Drainage and Tie Downs

  • 4.1) All fittings (valves, unions, cam locks, flanges, etc. if applicable) are functioning correctly or have been properly plugged/capped off.

  • 4.2) All drainage ports tread has been cleaned, is not misshapen or egged and is installed as to allow proper draining of bin

  • 4.3) All drainage plugs are in proper working order and have proper securement attaching it to the bin.

  • 4.4) Any installed tie downs meet all regulatory requirements and are free of twisting, stretching, broken welds or any other damage that may compromise their use as tie downs

5. Paint and Decals

  • 5.1) Unit number welded onto unit , is correct and legible

  • 5.2) Paint meets BOS color specifications and represents BOS' image appropriately (No peeling or chipping paint, rusting or missing sections, consistent color)

  • 5.3) Decal matches equipment's decal procedure, all decals are in good conditions and represents BOS' image appropriately

  • 5.3) Pain and decal inspection & service verified completed

  • Verifying tech sign off

6. Supervisor Final Inspection

  • Have supervisor complete below listed final inspection and final sign off.

  • 6.1) Unit is clean

  • 6.2) Decals and paint meet BOS standards and current decal procedures

  • 6.3) All fittings required fittings (if applicable) are present and in operable condition

  • 6.4) All cam locks (if applicable) are plugged and has double securement in place

  • 6.5) All threaded drain plugs are installed and secured to unit by chain or other approved securement

  • 6.6) Unit is ready to ship to field

  • 6.7) Take pictures of all 4 of the ready unit's sides.

  • 6.8) Supervisors signature
