Store standards

  • Is the first aid kit in date and fully stocked?

  • Is the company handbook easily available to all staff?

  • Are customer records kept safe and a shredding policy in place?

  • Is the stock holding at the correct level? Run stock report

  • Is banking up to date/petty cash balanced?

Sales management

  • Is opportunity tracker up to date and being used correctly?

  • Can all staff deliver a KPI demo? Choose a staff member and test. Photo the result of the checklist

  • Are campaigns being followed up? Inspect call log

  • Are sales orders up to date?

  • Are staff aware of all marketing activities and current campaigns?

  • Has the store achieved 90% plus on their CSI reports for the previous month?
