STORE PRESENTATION

BACK OF HOUSE

  • All back office areas clean and tidy

  • Are all walkways and doorway's clear?

  • Is all rubbish disposed of (including old POS)

  • Any customer data stored safely & F: clear of any DPA breach

  • Is the kitchen cleaned to a high standard and tidy

  • Any old food in fridge and cupboards disposed of, check expiry dates on tea, sugar etc

  • Is the toilet area cleaned to a high standard and tidy?

  • Are the wash hands, keep tidy and keep distance posters clearly displayed around the back office?

  • Back office printer working

  • No empty green totes, only ones ready for collection

  • Any additional carpark or external areas tidy, no cigarette butts, excess rubbish etc

SECURITY

  • Shutter's are working correctly?

  • Alarm is in working order?

  • Key log is up to date on the Hub?

  • Extra alarm fob's and key's are secured correctly?

  • All exits and fire exit's are secure?

  • Store is rota'd correctly so there is no lone trading?

  • Safe locked

  • Cage is locked and key removed

  • CCTV working and showing correct time

  • Voicemails are being checked regularly and have the correct message?

COMPLIANCE

  • All team briefed on current customer ID & Proof policy

  • H&S poster updated with current RM name and contact number
