Premises, equipment and food contact surfaces are in a clean and sanitary condition
Equipment in a good state of repair and working order
Food Safety Supervisor (FSS) certificate on display
Suitable garbage and recycling receptacles are provided and arrangements made for frequent removal of garbage and recyclable materials
Food labeling complies with Food Standards Code

- Attend to above marked items immediately
- Attend to above marked items prior to next trading day
- Cease trading until such time as above marked items are addressed
- Penalty Infringement Notice (PIN) to be issued
