Remove all bed linen and wash

Check lounge for stains and wash if needed

Pick up any rubbish left inside the studio and place in bins, including bathroom draws

Check fridge for leftovers and remove

Check kitchen cupboards for anything that shouldn't be there

Remove rubbish from bins in bathroom and kitchen and dispose

Replace bin liners in bins

Clean bathroom walls with bathroom product

Clean shower glass and bathroom mirror with glass product

Clean toilet inside and out

Check and clean toilet brush

Check inside bathroom draws and clean if necessary

Check there is soap, hand cream, shampoo, conditioner, body wash

Clean soap containers if necessary

Check toilet rolls and place new one on holder

Mop bathroom floor

Clean dust from room and ornaments

Wipe table, side table, fan, tv unit

Check inside all draws and wipe

Wipe fridge clean

Clean kitchen surfaces and wipe down appliances

Wash any dirty glasses or plates

Check there is two of everything - Cutlery, plates, glasses, cups etc

Check there is coffee, tea, cereal, water in the fridge

Vacuum floors

Mop floors

Leave window over bed open

Check coffee machine in place

Coffee capsuals

Water in the fridge

Couple of beers

Fridge on

Set time on microwave

Internet on

Foxtel on and playing smooth music

Send key instructions to guest

Sheridan towels, beach towels, bath matt, face towels

Table cloth for outside

Tea towel and kitchen wipe/cloth for guest

Door lock working properly

Lights working properly

Hangers in the closet
