    A report finding NO evidence of timber pest infestation does not imply there is no risk of future risk, and it does not protect the structure from future infestation.
    The client must understand that subterranean termites are a living creature and the status of the building or the infestation levels may change at any time. In some instances infestation can occur within 24 hours after the time of inspection and it is critical you consider pest management options provided carefully.

    Inspections are a visual inspection only and further recommendations may be provided for invasive inspections to allow for a more detailed inspection.

    You, as the customer must understand that the inspection is subject to the scope, possible limitations, exclusions, definitions, terms & conditions as defined within this document.

    1. This inspection is in accordance with Australian Standard 4349.3-2010 and is a visual inspection only of readily accessible areas. Possible limitations can be floor coverings, furniture, fixtures, locked areas, limited crawl space, stored items, wall linings, and insulation. A invasive inspection is available upon request and is recommended in areas with limited access.

    2. This report contains details found/not found on subterranean termites and does not comment on drywood termites in any form.

    3. Limitations: This report is indicative of the structure at the date and time of the inspection only and is not to be construed as a expressed or implied warranty or guarantee against previous, concealed, or future infestations or defects. This document is not a structural report and as such is termites or termite damage have been noted it is recommended a qualified structural engineer, building consultant, or licences building contractor inspect the building as soon as possible to determine the extent of the damage.

    4. Timber Pest Inspection Report: is produced solely for the client/unit noted on the front of the report. Creek 2 Coast Pest Control accept no liability or responsibility to any third party that may rely wholly or in part on this inspection and/or report.

    5. Creek 2 Coast Pest Control: cannot be held liable to the client or any other person for any injury, loss or damage suffered by the client or any other person where the injury, loss or damage arises directly or indirectly from the inspection of the property and/or the associated report.

    6. Terms & Conditions: The terms and condition noted in this report form part of the agreement. Inspections will not be undertaken unless approval is gained by the acceptance of these said conditions. Acceptance will be acknowledged once the quote has been accepted by the client.

    7. Trade Practices Act: Terms and Conditions contained within this report are in addition to and do not replace or remove any rights conferred bt the Trades Practices Act or other consumer protection legislation.
