Terms And Conditions
A report finding NO evidence of timber pest infestation does not imply there is no risk of future risk, and it does not protect the structure from future infestation.
The client must understand that subterranean termites are a living creature and the status of the building or the infestation levels may change at any time. In some instances infestation can occur within 24 hours after the time of inspection and it is critical you consider pest management options provided carefully.
