Daily Checklist

  • Entire System - Quick cleaning after each shift

  • Machine Interior - Remove waste pieces and swarf from the entire inside machine area (vacuum cleaner, brush or cloth to be used)

  • Profile Support Face - Blow clean with compressed air, wipe off with a cloth or sweep off with brush

  • Clamping Cylinders - Check for leaks inspect clamping buffers for damage and exchange if necessary

  • Saw Blades - Check for fractured teeth, scoring, cracks and fractures, blow off with compressed air or use lint-free cleaning cloths

  • Pneumatic maintenance unit (Water Separator) - Blow clean with compressed air or use lint-free cleaning cloths and check seal integrity/leakage; water separator: check fill level and drain if necessary

  • Mist spray system - Check the level and refill if necessary

  • Spray Unit, tool lubrication - Check fill level and refill if necessary

  • Pneumatic lines and screw unions - Blow off with compressed air or use lint-free cleaning cloths

  • Electrical Cables and screwed glands - Blow off with compressed air or use lint-free cleaning cloths

  • Any comments

Weekly Checklist

  • Entire System - Thorough clean

  • Feed brake - Check fill level (refill if necessary)

  • Any comments

Monthly Checklist

  • Pneumatic Lines and screw unions - Visually inspect for cracks and porous poitns; check that unions are firmly tightened and check for leaks

  • Electrical wiring and connections - Visual inspection for cracks and porous areas, check that screw connections are securely seated and free of leakage
