Toolbox Talk

  • After a recent 'Near-miss' incident, it has come to our attention that the upper pneumatic safety bar can become jammed. Under NO circumstances should you enter the roller van, and/or attempt to free the bar. It has been reported that any attempt to 'Free' a jammed pneumatic safety bar may cause the safety bar to eject with great force.

  • If you discover a Roller Van with a defective safety bar report the defect imediately to your manager. Only trained mechanics are permitted to enter Roller Vans, anyone found entering Roller Vans in an attempt to fix an issue, regardless of intention will be disciplined.

  • McPherson Ltd would like to thank all employees that have provided information.
