  • Is the dock green light signal on and working properly?

  • What is the problem? Blinking lights exemple : trailer miss alignment, hook position is not correct

  • Was the dock plate in a safe position for entering the trailer?

  • The plate of the loading ramp sits at least 3 inch on the trailer floor?

  • Is the dock trailer light working properly and sufficiently?

  • Inside of the trailer have been inspected for sign of damage?

  • Key of the glad hand lock have been secure in the lockbox with corresponding dock
