Kitchen set up

  • Cups and glasses <br><br>"Normal position or down? <br>The handers turned to the right?<br>At the cabinet above the kettle?"<br>Cup position is normal and handle on the right. Depending on the Kitchens configuration, the first preference is placing the cups in the cuboard above the kettle.<br>

  • The order of plates and balls<br><br>Which type of plates is located on the right and the left sides at the cabinet?<br>Depending on the Kitchen configuration the plates are placed in the uppper section of the cupboard. The set up either next to each other or first big plates, and on the top of it small plates. Depending on Number of Bedrooms the plates can be splitted into the different cupboards, while making One Set per guest available in one cupboard. The rest can be placed in different cupboard. Same with the soup bowls. Depending on the size and the furniture type of in the kitchen, this may slightly vary.

  • The order of cutlery<br><br>We are waiting for the cutlery organizer and depending on shape will be organized accordingly. We are looking forward to having Tablespoon, knife, and fork as an order in the cutlery organizer. Surely the teaspoons will be placed in teaspoon section in that organizer. In the properties where there is no drawer in the kitchen, the cutlery organizer will be placed/displayed on the Kitchen counter closer to the sink.<br>

  • Location of the knifes and cutting board Location of the knifes and cutting board <br><br>Knifes are in a cabinet and cutting board is at the countertop?<br>Kitchen pans and pots placed into the closest cupboard to the cooking stove. The cutting board is organized on the kitchen counter. The big knives, spatula, etc are placed in the lower/second drawer just after the cutleries. The baking tray is placed in the middle shelf of the oven to make it noticeable for the guest. 5 garbage bags will be set as spare under the kitchen sink for 3-day use if required by the guest.<br>

  • Dedicated place for the kitchen cloth and baking glove.<br><br>Kitchen cloth and baking gloves will be displayed on the kitchen counters to make sure that they are accessible for the guest from first sight.<br>

  • Dedicated place for tea/coffee amenities.<br><br>Tea, Coffee as well as sugar, creamer will be placed in the F&B amenity tray (not yet received) and placed on the Kitchen Conter near the kettle.<br>

Bathroom set up

  • Bathmat<br><br>"In case of bathtub - on it?<br>In case of shower cabin - on the floor or inside it in case of hander?"<br>1. If bathtub, then it will be on the bathtub. 2. If shower cabin door can accommodate, then will be hung on it. 3. If no shower door, then will be placed on the shower tray accordingly. For shower cabin & shower with curtains, there is no one standard fit all, since all the properties are different and has different size and set up of bathrooms.<br>

  • Toilet lid.<br><br>It should be closed<br>It should be closed after inspection in all units.

  • Toilet rolls<br><br>"2 pieces per bathroom.<br>One is on the hander, another one - on the top of the toilet?"<br>

  • Towels<br><br>"In all cases located at the beds <br>(Master-bedroom, shared bathroom)"<br>Towels will be placed on the bed for each guest as one set. One bath towel and one hand towel on each side of the bed for king size bed and on single bed on each bed separately. This is regardless of if there is a towel rack in the bathroom or the bedroom is master or ensuite.

Living room

  • Hairdryer<br><br>Located inside the console under the TV?<br>If there is a separate console with mirror, then hairdryer will be placed on it. If there is no separate console but TV console only, then will be placed on open shelf so guest can notice it easily. Depending on the living room furnishing configuration, this will change from property to property.<br>

  • Iron <br><br>"Located on the iron board.<br>What side the cable should be?<br>What side the water cup will be placed?"<br>Iron and ironing board positioning depending on the living room furnishing configuration, will change from property to property. We try to have it in the place where space and socket is available. If place available and there is no socket, we would place them in that spot. Guest surely will be able to use it in any space they want during their stay.<br>

  • Remote controls<br><br>All together in the middle of the table in front of the sofa?<br>The remote controls will be organized on the coffee table in front of the sofa facing TV

  • Adaptors<br><br>"Will they be presented in a unit? Reception? Quantity? Who provides them?<br>Guests probably will request for them due to different types of sockets."<br>There is no adaptor providing service available to the guests. For Reception, operational usage we have received extension cords for all properties. For Units we get only extension cords to ensure that TV, Internet and all the appliances are plugged in and in service. No other extension cords, or adaptors available. If guests require, they will buy for themselves.

  • Telephones <br><br>"Will they have the sticker with its number on top only or it will be 2 stickers with the phone number and the reception one as well?<br>Honestly saying it’s absolutely inconvenient to find in the mail box the particular email from the property and then within the 5-pages welcome letter try to find the reception number"<br>Stickers with unit phone numbers are provided by Ooredoo. There is no other sticker (either on the phone or on the plug) planned since all information is in welcome letter available. Also, there is 24/7 Reception as well as Guest Console available for the guests to use to submit their requests. Example in Barahati Janoub there is no landline phone at all in the units.

Bedroom

  • Towels<br><br>Location in the middle of the bed?<br>Same set up for the Twin Beds setting one set of towels on each side of the bed.

  • Handers<br><br>Located by 5 pieces on the right sides in case of 2 wardrobes and in different sides in case of only 1 wardrobe?<br>We anticipate that 2 guests would use the bedrooms and those should have 5 hangers available each. Right side 5 hangers completely on the right and left side 5 hangers completely on the left corner. In case of one wardrobe 10 hangers will be kept together.
