  • Are external / internal features in a condition that presents them being a risk to third parties ( i.e. Stone sills, statuettes,down pipes, internal dividing walls, boarding to windows and doors)?

  • Are windowpanes, frames, window sills in stable condition with no visible cracks or defects?

  • Are there any structures on site that appear to be unsound/ unstable that need dealing with ie. outbuildings, temporary buildings etc?

  • Are there to let signs visibly displayed in the windows?

  • Are hoardings such as " To Let" boards in good condition and suitable fixed so that they are not a hazard to third parties?

  • Has the site been secured against unauthorised access including onto the site and actual buildings?

  • Is there evidence of unauthorised access I.e vagrants sleeping rough in or adjacent to to building or trespass by minors? - record what action is being taken to prevent access.

  • Is there evidence of drug/alcohol abuse on site? If yes what has been done to alleviate the situation?

  • Have significant hazards that could cause slips, trips and falls been guarded and assessed?

  • Is site <br>Ugh ting adequate for inspections in site- if not how is temporary lighting being sourced and managed?

  • Are external escape routes clear from waste and kept free from vegetation?

  • Are handrails in place where they need to be and in good condition?

  • Are there any substances i.e. Hazardous or fuels that have been left on site and what action has been made to make them safe or dispose of correctly?

  • Are there any pest control issues?

  • Is the unit clear of any combustible materials? if not please attach photo evidence.

  • Are there any other comments you wish to make?
