Please provide a photo of the closure with the lid off
Are all cables correctly sealed
Have all fibres been routed correctly on the Trays?
If not, please take a photo of the condition
Are all unused tubes properly end capped
Are tubes cut back to 80mm
Are there divisible gas seals installed?
Have all cables been correctly labelled and matching the provided FOG plan
Is the splitter spliced in and correctly tails routed
Do all working tubes have a filo form installed?
