What is the root cause of the delay, pursuant to clause 12.9 (a).(i)?
- Duct Availability Infield - the design says to use an exisating duct, but it's not there or not useable
- Pole to Boundary - Design says to us an existing duct/pipe to the property,but it's not there or not useable
- Congested Duct - Design says haul through a duct, but it is too full or is too risky to haul through - eg burn
- Duct Breaks - Bad breaks/blocks and servides obstructions through duct means excavate and repair (not claimable if due to VIsionstream duct sacrifice
- Existing Services - Utility services are not where the plans/mark out shows and it prevents laying or requires a change in methodology
- Concrete Reinstatement - Increased areas as new concrete/Damage to existing paths and road crossings/ Black Oxide instructed by Auckland Transport
- V1 Poles - If not identified at design and requires a design change infield
- High Load Routes - If not identified at design and require a design change infield
- Site Instructions - If Chorus or AT instruct you to do works different to the design - requires name and written instruction
- Deep Ducts - If you go below standard, Ensure H&S requirement ments and record works
- Increased Scope - If work extends beyong that on the original design due to working on ROW's etc
- Property Trespass - If we cannot follow a route on site as it cuts across private land, or the berm has been landscaped
