  • If no tubes enter the closure then utilise the dome with the valve fitted. There is minimal risk that the original dome base will be damaged.

  • Take photo of gauge once stabilised. Ideally show the ABFFP label in background

  • Monitor the pressure for 60 seconds

  • Take photo of the gauge after 60 seconds. Ideally show the ABFFP label in background

  • Release the pressure by slowly opening the valve tap.

  • Take internal photo of compliant ABFFP

  • Change out O-Ring seal and install lid

  • Take external photo of compliant ABFFP

  • Did the A-FFP hold pressure?

  • If no, record details

  • Update the NDF245 v1.3. Record the tubes tested as zero. In the 'Record any blockages' section please make a note that only the A-FFP was tested
