• Contractor: Please sign below to confirm that you agree with all the constructability review outcomes and findings and the quantities and requirements for each task type, which have been agreed the with the ufb architect. Any items that are not agreed or are unknown at the time of the constructability review between the two parties, need to be listed and clearly documented on the I-Auditor form and will form part of the RFQ tender final approval process with Visionstream UFB commercial team
These changes will be incorporated to the design and released as a work packet.
Auckland Transport will receive updated lay plans as part of their consent application and as part of the formal works start notification.
All changes identified will be incorporated to the best of our ability however technical standards may mean that this is not possible. In this instance all affected parties will be notified -
