  • All horizontal and vertical EDPM's or DPCs are installed correctly and to specification.

  • Position of windows, doors or other frame types is correct to the required line, height and axle .

  • All window materials are in line with agreed manufacturers recommendations.

  • All openings are correct to current drawings and have been set to the height and position required.

  • All head and cill finishings have been completed and are in line with the site requirements and to the specification.

  • Are all heads, columns and other abutments of walls closed and sealed as per architects requirements.

  • All glass,subframe and frame surrounding elements have been sealed and installed.

  • All mastic sealing has been completed inner of outer as required.

  • DPCs are installed in the correct heights and positions.

  • Photos are available for this inspection or handover.

This inspection sheet confirms that the item or area detailed above is 100% completed in line with the current specification, drawings and pre agreed sample panels although still remaining Sub Contractors responsibility until practical completion has been achieved.
