  • Drywall does not float in any area, and is secure at all openings. (closets, windows, doors, etc.)

  • Nails and screws are 16 inches on center.

  • All fasteners are taped, mudded and sanded.<br>

  • Joints are smooth and sanded.

  • There are no gaps, spaces, or broken pieces of drywall at electrical boxes.

  • Electrical boxes are free of mud and metal debris.

  • There are no gaps larger than1/4 inch around tubs, showers, windows and door.

  • There are no hairline cracks in any corner, vault, trey, ceiling line, and ceilings are finished and blend with existing ceilings.

  • There are no un-drywalled holes left in the HVAC closet

  • All drywall joints are taped, mudded, and sanded.

  • Paper is smooth, not over sanded.

  • Walls are flat and smooth, with no visible bumps in joints due to rough edges. All existing walls have been repaired and are smooth and ready for paint.

  • Centerline of vault is straight and crisp.

  • All corners are taped and smooth with no metal corner bead showing.

  • Temporary handrails and bracing are in place.

  • There are no windows broken.

  • Tubs and showers are covered and undamaged.

  • Drywall has been removed from floor. Floor is broom swept.

  • All debris have been removed to designated site.
