  • Grilles are installed square and level. In vinyl areas grille are flush to floor and do not tilt more than 1/4 in when stepped on.

  • All grilles in ceilings are fitted flush with ceiling and have proper sealing material.

  • All other grilles fit snugly.

  • HVAC units have been tested to verify correct airflow.

  • Thermostats are square and level.

  • Thermostats have been tested.

  • Instruction and warranty manuals for thermostats, air conditioner, and heater have been placed in kitchen drawer to left of range.

  • Air conditioning condensation unit is set level and operating.

  • Condensation pump, if applicable, is clean, free of debris, and operating properly.

  • Hot water tank vent pipe is installed.

  • After gas inspection, the pressure gage has been removed and pipe capped.

  • House is clean and free of debris

  • House has passed final HVAC inspection. Attach photo of report.
