  • Heating unit(s) has been set with necessary clearances on all sides.

  • No ductwork is crimped, bent, or damaged so as to restrict airflow.

  • Adequate space in heating unit area has been verified so that ductwork will not obstruct necessary maintenance, changing of filters, etc.

  • Attic unit is properly set, and ducts are not crimped, bent, or otherwise damaged if unit are to be placed in attic.

  • All piping to the exterior of the house is complete and sealed properly.

  • All ducts are properly sealed to boots.

  • All ducts are properly sealed to the heat exchanger.

  • All ductwork is properly secured.

  • All air returns and vents are properly sealed to floor and placed per plan.

  • All flor ducts are securely covered.

  • All gas cutoffs are installed properly and are accessible. (fireplace, clothes dryer, furnace, etc.)

  • Locations of thermostats are correct per plan.

  • Gas pressure is adequate.

  • System has passed rough HVAC inspection. Attach picture of report.

  • House is broom swept and clear of debris.

  • No debris is left on lot.
