  • All wall batts fit snugly at the top, bottom, and sides, and are fastened correctly and cover all areas.

  • Vaults and tray ceilings have batt insulation.

  • Insulation is of the correct R-value in all areas.

  • Basement walls are insulated including the block foundation if the basement is finished.

  • Ceilings of garages and/or basements that are under heated areas are insulated.

  • Walls between unheated areas and heated areas are insulated.

  • All attic access areas are weather stripped.

  • Ceiling plated and headers are sealed.

  • Insulation has been placed behind wiring, not stuffed around or covering wiring.

  • Insulation behind receptacle boxes and switch boxes does not block the front.

  • All windows and exterior doors have insulation in jacks and headers.
