  • Floor coverings are cut within 1/8 inch of wall.

  • Floor coverings are firmly attached with no bubbles; nail pops, lumps, bumps, etc.

  • Pattern of vinyl and tile is laid correctly and in a manner that helps diminish and wall deflections.

  • Floor coverings are correct at door casings. Sub flooring or slab is not visible.

  • Floor coverings are correct at toilets.

  • Vinyl is flush with cabinets and tubs.

  • Floor coverings are correct at all ducts.

  • Vinyl flooring, Tile and Carpet has been inspected under normal interior lighting and also in sunlight from windows. No defects were found.

  • Floor coverings are protected from damage.

  • Unit is clean with all working areas broom swept.

  • Carpet is laid with no visible seams and in the same direction.

  • Debris and trash have been removed to designated trash site.

  • Left over vinyl, tile, and carpet has been stored in a dry well vented storage area as instructed by the site superintendent.
