  • Powder Coat Line:

  • Check powder coat level at the beginning of your shift DAILY

  • BLOW OUT paint booth, booth filters, and gun tips DAILY

  • Gantry:

  • CLEAN main coolant tank pan and make sure no trash or tools on top of tank WEEKLY (Monday)

  • Check grease reservoir in gantry system DAILY, fill as needed

  • CLEAN conveyor coming from the paint line and wipe down Tool Boss WEEKLY (Monday)

  • Change main sock filter and chip hopper at shut down WEEKLY

  • REPLACE filter on A/C cabinet WEEKLY (Monday)

  • Check all gantry safe interlocks on the doors to ensure the bolts are in the actuator and tight, replace/tighten any missing/loose bolts DAILY

  • Drill:

  • CLEAN out the inside of machine and trans pallets DAILY

  • CLEAN all the chips off the tops of the cabinets WEEKLY (Friday)

  • WIPE down machine and CLEAN out pan WEEKLY (Monday)

  • Check way oil lubrication reservoir level DAILY. Use AW46 hydraulic oil as needed

  • Check hydraulic oil level and Verify cap to tank is on and secure DAILY also look for any leaks on the machine and hydraulic units. Notify team leader if low or leaking

  • Check oil in C Axis spindle oiler DAILY – DO NOT ADJUST KNOBS

  • CLEAN out the inside of machine and trans pallets DAILY

  • CLEAN all the chips off the tops of the cabinets WEEKLY (Friday)

  • WIPE down machine and CLEAN out pan WEEKLY (Monday)

  • Check hydraulic oil level and Verify cap to tank is on and secure DAILY also look for any leaks on the machine and hydraulic units. Notify team leader if low or leaking

  • Check oil in C Axis spindle oiler DAILY – DO NOT ADJUST KNOBS

  • REPLACE the filter on drill spindles WEEKLY(Friday at shut down)

  • Check the door on the electrical control cabinet to be sure it is FULLY CLOSED, EVERY SHIFT

  • Contact Team Leader if unlocked

Hub Line 4 – OP30 – 2nd Shift

  • Doosan:

  • CLEAN chips from table, & door rail DAILY

  • Clean chucks and inspect for damages DAILY

  • Check and change coolant filter as needed DAILY

  • Check coolant level and fill up completely full DAILY

  • Check hydraulic levels, way lube and notify supervisor if low or leaking also Verify cap to tank is on and secure DAILY

  • Check and fill up grease reservoir as needed DAILY

  • WIPE DOWN machine WEEKLY(Tuesday)

  • REPLACE electrical cabinet control cabinet cooling air filter WEEKLY

  • Check the door on the electrical control cabinet to be sure it is FULLY CLOSED, EVERY SHIFT

  • Make sure all trash and tools are picked up and put up inside robot cage and out. DAILY

  • Wipe down robot controllers and machine HMI’s……NO BRAKE CLEAN premoistened scrubs only WEEKLY(Wednesday)

  • Make sure robot is blowing off chuck and leaving no chips DAILY

  • Make sure coolant is coming out through spindle and external coolant is hitting tap WEEKLY(Monday)

  • Clean chip buildup under machine and back cabinet WEEKLY(Friday)

  • Wipe off tool detect sensor with a clean rag and verify it is working correctly… NO BRAKE CLEAN. DAILY

  • Verify tool detect is on with a green light.
