  • Safe work permits authorizing and verifying conditions are acceptable for the work to begin have been posted (hot work, confined space, excavation, lift plans, etc.)

Manual Material Handling:

  • Good body and hand position?

  • Not using excessive force, reach, pull, or push?

Working at heights:

  • Ladders, lifts, scaffold?

  • Set up and used properly?

  • Personal fall arrest equipment being used properly....anchors, harnesses, connectors are in good condition and being used properly?

Coworkers correcting unsafe acts:
