  • Are all vehicle fluid levels full and correct and or are there any leaks e.g. oil, water, battery, windscreen washer, brake and clutch?

  • List which fluids required topping up or the location of the leaks

  • Has the problem been fixed (Closed) or does it need to be added to the CAR?

  • List the rectification actions

  • Are the tyre pressure's correct and do they have legal tread (minimum 1.5mm)?

  • Provide photo's of the wear

  • List the tyre pressures if they are below requirments

  • Is there any visible damage to the engine components i.e. hoses, belts, wiring etc?

  • Is the windscreen in a serviceable condition i.e no cracks, large chips or bullseye's obscuring the drivers vision?

  • Is the interior clean and are all the interior systems working correctly e.g. air con, heater, seat belts?

  • Fire Extinguisher
