GENERAL HOUSEKEEPING

  • Are chemicals stored in accordance with Safety Data Sheet requirements?

  • Are Danger / Lock Tags available for use?

  • Are Safety Data Sheets (SDS) available for dangerous goods used in the work area?

  • Are pest harbourage areas removed (i.e. rubbish / cardboard boxes)?

  • Have bait stations been checked?

EMERGENCY RESPONSE

  • Are fire extinguishers / blankets available, identified, tested and with clear access?

  • Is emergency response information displayed?

  • Is first aid / warden information current and displayed?

  • Is a first aid kit available and stocked with in-date items?

SECURITY

  • Does the security monitor sensor work (check red light comes on with movement)?

  • Does the security monitor display all cameras in work areas?
