Is Road is clean from Construction Rubbish?

Is Nature strip, foot path, cross over clean from Construction rubbish?

Is tree protection in the nature strip is safe and free from construction rubbish?

Is the Front fence is properly secured with star pickets and clamps

Is the left side boundary fence or temporary fence secured firmly and confirm there is no gap?

Is the Right side boundary fence or temporary fence secured firmly and confirm there is no gap?

Is the Rear side boundary fence or temporary fence secured firmly and confirm there is no gap?

Is the banners properly installed and secured?

Is the Gate set up completed inside the driveway with lock?

Is test and Tag is valid and access to temporary power pole is clear and safe?

Is Temporary toilet access is clear and safe? Soap and toilet paper placed & monthly clean up completed. Is additional clean up required?

Is Rubbish cage got the top closed &properly secured? Is the call out required to empty the cage? Is the booking completed? Is the site have enough rubbish cages?

Water tap is accessible and proper water tap installed. Check the requirement of drainage points.

Is the Barricade or hard fencing required to manage risk?

Is the stair void ladder secured and handover certificate attached? Please confirm Stair void is not altered?

Is the 2 plank access is secured and handover certificate attached? Please confirm 2 plank is not altered?

Is the scaffold ladder secured and handover certificate attached? Please confirm scaffold is not altered?

Is the Edge rail installed and handover certificate attached? Please confirm Edge rail not altered?

Check and confirm all the drainage pits cover protected with floorboards - No tripping hazard.

Is the balcony protected with fall protection?

Check the first-floor window or sliding door needs temporary timber rails or blocks to make safe.

Ensure trenches protected with Barricades.

Ensure all around the property and inside the property house keeping completed daily basis.
