Westurban finishing and design Requirements

  • Ground floor wall height as per Frame scope of work

  • First floor wall Height as per Frame Scope of work

  • Ground floor Internal Door heights as per C&M

  • First floor Internal Door height as per C&M

  • Window Head height as Per Scope of works

  • Window work as Kitchen splash back / Sill height 860 mm

  • Windows work as Kitchen Splash back, location match with Kitchen Cabinet layout

  • Window required Privacy with clear glass Windowsill height 1670 mm (Clear Glass 1720 mm from structural floor)

  • Check all internal dimensions to each room

  • Stairwell is correct dimensions (as per plan)

Wall Framing

  • Check that wall and truss framing has not been damaged - during delivery

  • Check for all columns that they are plumb, straight, and square

  • Check that windows are of even height and brick cladding area head height as per WU scope of works to match with brick courses

  • House frame plumb, square and straight ( Posts and wall frames are defective if they deviate from vertical by more than 5 mm over a 1.8 m height.)

  • Check that there are double/Trible studs to under all girder trus ses, Beams and Lintel support locations

  • Top plates are straight

  • Bracing as per engineering drawings/Install Guideline

  • Tie Down Concrete slab as per requirement

  • Check frame overhang of slab (max 10mm)

  • Check that all bottom plates to door openings are cut out
