  • 19 mm Compressed cement sheet flooring

  • 100 mm Structural step down in Balcony to house/ Please contact technical support team, if step down is less than 100 mm, please contact TS team

  • Flooring has been nailing to balcony joists using 2.8 x 50mm FC nails 3 50mm D Head gun nails

  • Flooring Sheet Control Joints at every 2.7 m interval (Every 3 Sheets)

  • Marked the Balcony floor waste in by Site supervisor (Any location is within 2 m from balcony floor waste and floor waste to sliding door maximum distance 1.5 m

  • 200 mm wide Balcony overflow installed 70 mm above the Structural floor level.

  • Balcony edge flashing install with 150 mm with upstand

  • Flashing in under the sliding door/other door area with 25 mm upstand in three side

  • Waterproof has been done under the sliding door area (Flashing is only a substrate)

  • Timber blocking has been provided under the Balcony balustrade post location under the flooring.

  • Any parapet wall with balustrade on top, please provide minimum 3 Nos/90X45 top plate with sufficient connection to main frame

  • Screed top level next to sliding doors are 65 mm less than the house (Liveable area) structural floor level (10 mm thick tile)

  • Final tile finish 50 mm less than the house (Liveable area) structural floor level at sliding door area

  • WU approved Water proofing Product has bene used
