Are there mats in place on the floor and are they relevant? I.e grape mats, weather maps, if not raining or wet they shouldn't be out.
Is the floor both retail and stockroom free from debri and slip/trip material?
Any reps or merchandisers seen in store not wearing their site safe pass?
Any team in stockroom without safety vest? (only applicable in area if store has forklift operating) Any team in rear yard without vest? Forklift driver wearing a seatbelt?
Any equipment noticed not up to standard or within spec? If yes, has it been tagged out?
Any general hazards noticed in store? Other comments?
