  • Have you gas tested for a minimum of five minutes?

  • Is the gas meter at least 1m away from an appliance or an openable window?

  • Is the gas meter positioned clear of a downpipe?

  • Is there an LPG bottle set up on this property, and if so, have all clearances been met?

  • Is the rough in pressurised?

  • Have you bucket tested for five minutes at 1500kpa?

  • Is all pipework clear of the manhole and exhaust fans?

  • Is all pipework neatly clipped including the runs under windows and doorways?

  • Are all garden taps, appliances and ORG clear of any downpipe?

  • Are all crossovers between hot and cold pipes silicones?

  • Have you check that no metal bracing is touching pipe work at all?

  • Have you checked every fixture for cross connections?

  • Are all noggins secure and free from movement?

  • Are all lugged elbows and tap sets screwed back securely and free from any movement?

  • Are all noggins set back at 40mm?

  • Is all pipework in tight against the frame and not bulging out into the cavity?

  • Has the water lead in been lagged with armaflex and clipped where it is checked into the rebate?

  • Have the solar panels been installed and the flow and return lines connected?

  • Has the sensor wire been run and tied off to a roof truss to protect the terminal joint?

  • Are all flow and return lines strait, clipped and armaflex joins taped neatly with black duct tape?

  • Are all flow and return lines clear of touching any plastic pipes or wiring?

  • Have all wastes been cut off neatly and in pipe reducers fitted?

  • Has the vent been run at the opposite end of the sewer point, ensuring that there are no unvented branches exceeding 10m?

  • Has the vent been flashed?

  • Is there 300mm separation between the recycled and mains where they roll over into the house?

  • Are all recycled and mains water pipes at least 100mm apart when ran parallel to each other?

  • Are all crossovers between recycled and mains at right angles?

  • Are all recycled tap provisions a 5/8mi x 150mm extended lugged elbow?

  • Is the recycled line looped and under pressure?

  • Is the rough in ready for the R1 & R2 PIC inspections?

  • Have you looped the tank line and the rainwater line is now under pressure?

  • Have you checked the plans & job cards for any extra inclusions?

  • Has all rubbish been picked up, placed in a bin provided and secured so it does not blow away?

  • Have all external windows and doors been locked?

  • Has the site been left in a safe state with all site fences closed?
