Final checks.

  • Have you gas tested for a minimum of five minutes?

  • Is the gas meter located to satisfy all clearance requirements?

  • Is there an LPG bottle set up on this property, and if so, have all clearances been met?

  • Has all tapware and toilets been fitted and free from scratches, dints or any other imperfection?

  • Has all excess silicone around base of toilets, basins and plug & washers been removed and cleaned to leave a neat finish?

  • Have all pan screws been fitted?

  • Have all required holes been drilled for the dishwasher?

  • Does the sink waste have a nipple that the dishwasher can connect to?

  • Is the HWS looped keeping all water lines under pressure and a duo valve fitted on the cold lug?

  • Have you tested and confirmed that there are no cross connections?

  • Have all fixtures been tested thoroughly and checked for leaks?

  • All pipe work that passes through cabinets & shelves have cover plates been installed to cover all holes?

  • Are all PVC pipes and plastic traps used for waste connections clean and free of excessive marks and dirt?

  • Is there a 500kpa boundary limiting valve fitted to the water meter?

  • Have the solar panels been installed and the flow and return lines connected?

  • Has the I.S shaft been capped and concrete cover fitted at ground level?

  • Is the ORG charged correctly and at least 150mm below the lowest fixture?

  • Where a boundary trap is installed, is there a multi vent fitted?

  • Is the boundary trap vent at least 3m away from an openable window?

  • Is the drainage vent up, flashed and at least 5m away from an evap cooler?

  • Has the stormwater overflow been fitted off with a finishing collar and flat grate at ground level?

  • Are all the roof flashings complete and the roof water tight?

  • Are all downpipes completed?

  • Have all recycled water taps been fitted off and warning signs fitted?

  • Where recycled water is onsite, have all the mains water taps been fitted with vacuum breakers?

  • Have you left the recycled water keys in the top cutlery drawer?

  • Have you checked the plans & job cards for any extra inclusions?

  • Has all rubbish been picked up, placed in a bin provided and secured so it does not blow away?

  • Have all external windows and doors been locked?

  • Has the site been left in a safe state with all site fences closed?
