  • Is the site free from damage or vandalism?

  • Have you checked that the north arrow on the plan is correct?

  • Is the solar panels installed between 70deg West & 50deg east of north?

  • Will the solar panels be free from shade between 9am and 4pm?

  • Will the solar panels have a minimum inclination of 10 deg? (roof pitch)

  • Is the spouting free of dents and scratches where you have been working?

  • Have you installed the solar panels in the exact location on plan?

  • Has TOT/Mirror paste been used on all brass olive joints and tightened sufficiently?

  • Are all Z brackets tightened to rail and secured through panel?

  • Have you opened the bleed valve cap 2 full turns?

  • Has the correct armor flex been used on all flow and return lines?

  • Is the roof free of mud, debris, offcuts, etc?

  • Have you checked that all damaged roof tiles have been replaced and that the roof is watertight?

  • Is there any spare roof tiles left on site after you have replaced the damaged tiles?

  • Has the sensor wire been run and tied off to a roof truss to protect the terminal joint?

  • Are all armor flex lines strait, clipped and armor flex joins taped neatly with black duct tape?

  • Have you checked that the flow and return lines do not pass through a man hole or over an exhaust fan?

  • Is all pipework in tight against the frame and not bulging out into the cavity?

  • Have you positioned the flow and return lines out the wall in accordance to the manufacturers or particular builders requirements?

  • Are all flow and return lines clear of touching any plastic pipework or wiring?

  • Have you pressurised the the entire solar system including flow and return lines?

  • Have you drained the system after testing?

  • Has the UV rated armor flex been left long and taped back on its self to cover any sharp edges?

  • Has the sensor wire been ran out with the flow line and taped off in a bundle?

  • Has all rubbish been disposed of as per builders specific requirements?
