I/We, the signatory/signatories of the tenancy at the property described in section A, agree to transfer to the Housing New Zealand owned or managed property described in section B.
I/We understand that in signing this agreement, I/we are voluntarily relinquishing the tenancy at the property described in section A with effect from the date at which the tenancy at the property described in section B commences. -
